IN YOUR HEAD
i saw a red that was bout 2' give or take...it kinda pissed me off...they are my favorite aros and i can't have one...the aquarium i saw it at was kinda sad...all their fish were scary sick to include the aros and they have a snake head and an asian aro...i don't understand how an aquarium can keep one in a bad way, but i can't have one in 3x min better shape? anyone seen this poor aro? it was at Shedd aquuarium in Chicago...i had to make the 7hr one way drive today and had some time so i shot over to see what they had and to be honest i was disapointed...and i paid 5 bucks for a world famous chicago dog and soda with about the same results...

where do you live? cuz i heard that snakeheaded fish are banned in most contries due to the fact that they can wipe out whole ecosystems

He said it was at the Shedd Aquarium. They have a permit...one of the very few places with a permit.

after looking and talking to here the battery died and the last pic she got was of the outside of the aquarium....

i am in MN...benz post answers the other question...

If this public aquarium has these banned fish in sub par conditions then they ought not be able to have a license to have them.

i know...they should just give me the permit and fish...:D...i just can't see how they could get a permit if the gov. looked at the condition of the other fish they have...they had 3 5-6" pimas in a 8'Lx8'Lx6'wx8'deep corner tank...they looked very unhappy and the tank was over filled with drift wood...

Makes ya wonder what is up with the people in charge of the fishes care, seems they are making the place look bad.
