Saw my first walking cat

He was dead in some lowtide mud on a brackish river I want a pet walking cat they are so frickin cool looking.

I just collected 5 from one of our seasonal ponds that was drying up. You have to have a permit from FWC to keep it (alive).

So you have a permit I take it. What part of florida are you from I'm in charlotte county.

How do you get permits for any fish that's conditional like that?

http://www.myfwc.com/license/wildlife/nonnative-species/ - I submitted the one under the first bullet: ■Permit application for conditional, prohibited or nonnative species but "I" am a public aquarium exhibiting the fish, not a private owner.
