That white spot that kinda looks like a white head or cost next to his lip. What is it? And should i be worried

Is that the only spot on him? Hard to tell from the picture. Did it appear suddenly or gradually?
 
Never seen that before. Looks like a blister or maybe full of puss. Any more answers? I'm interested to find out. Nice Ornate by the way, I really want one!

I just noticed it for the first time but it seems like their might be more smaller ones. Hard to tell. He's never been fed live food. Ill try and get a better pic in the morning

This morning the white was gone and it just looks like a little sore with a red spot in the middle. Hopefully it heals up ok
