I wonder if:

Do both sexes have a red tip on the prolonged dorsal fin?
And does the female have a shorter anal fin?
Cause I have two and they look the same.
They live seperate.

Most Sax females will have a white band near the tips of the dorsal fin. That would be a male, he looks great!

Thnx!
And thnx for the info you all, now I can see if I have two males
or maybe one of each.

Im trying to see, but still cant. Murky water due to zeolite. :irked:
The one on the picture is now almost 9 1/2".
The suposed to be female is smaller, 7 1/2".

Nowadays I feed them al lot of Dola's and Morioworms.
As big as toothpics I got them, and the smallest one had one half gill.
so maybe he/she therefore is smaller now.
This is why Im happy to be on this forum. Heres the knowledge.
