Well, lepidota has more splotches, where as saxatalis is more spangles. Another thing is the suborbital 'teardrop'. In Cr. saxatilis its shaped like a triangleish, and is generally a red color. Cr. lepidota it looks like a pencil mark, and is normally blackish.
There are few other things, like the suborbital stripe and various other coloration things. Those were the two main pikes yours resembled, and out of the two the lepidota looked most accurate. I could still be way off though, Saxatilis pikes are tricky.
