Hello the Group!
My name is Bob and I've been keeping fish since I got my first tank, a 29 gallon, as a present from my parents, for my 11th birthday. I'll be 53 this year. I have a 75 gallon freshwater tank with a few Central American cichlids. The closest to being a Monster fish is a female Vieja synspila. She's about 9 inches long. By far the biggest fish I've ever had. She is about 3 or 4 years old, I think. She shares her tank with a Firemouth, a convict, and a Nicaraguense. Also a Synodontis eupterus, and a sailfin pleco. I think it's a Pteroglyplicthys joselimianus - from a picture on Planet Catfish website
