SB or just fat?

I'd say it's probably just fat, but it could be slightly SB. I am beginning to wonder if mine is slightly SB, b/c after a month or two short of a year, it has only grown 4" (from 3" to 7"), but it looked completely normal as a juvie, so IDK.
