Scale Help

I have three yellowtail damsels in my tank. The tiniest damsel is doing really well and eats whenever I feed. However, the other two which are much bigger than the smallest one dont come to the feast. Around their lips they have lost their color and its basically clear/white. I don't know what the problem is. It has been about a week.

What size tank? How long has it been set up? Do they ever pick on each other?
