You know the risks, I hope, as ignorance is not a defence. Time to decide if the risk is worth it. For me, a hefty fine/jail time is all the deterrant I need.

Unfortunatly here on craigslist those ads arent fake. sometimes im in shock at how unaware people are of laws. or sometimes how much they just dont care. fwc is swarming craigslist here but u still see ads like last week. 3 pirahana and snakeheads and lately rays.

Hooray floridians!

Aside from it being a scam, wouldn't you be concerned it might actually be some kind of federal or state official laying a trap? You're doing something blatantly illegal. I mean, it's like you're trying to buy weed from a website or something.

Not recommended.

Wow!!! So many upstanding law abiding fish keepers . Having said I would love to own one as I'm sure many of you would too I would not be willing to go to jail or pay a fine or be sent to the electric chair ect... I just happened to stumble across the ad and wanted to have some views but it is nice to see how serious some of you got it means you are responsible in what you do in the hobby . Next question do you no where I can score a bottle nose dolphin ? I would love to own one lol
