its 1 of those 2 options, or the very less likely 3rd option of someone who obtained one without knowing the legal situation in the states, but again that's highly unlikely.

$350 for a red should have been the only alarm bell needed to ID this ad as a scam. The phone number also traces to a (supposed) medical marijuana supplier and a (supposed) siberian husky breeder.
