hey all,

Have tons of questions as I set up new tank so thank you for this forum. I am now in the process of planning out my scape before the big move. My question is:

1. Can I super glue fake plants to drift wood? Is hay safe for fish and if not what would work best.

2. Can I super glue plants or branches to the back glass? I’m trying to create a beauty canopy like appearance and it’s tough without adhesive.

Thanks

Yes u can Super glue plants to driftwood just don't go overboard imo

Super glue turns white on driftwood though

For attaching things to glass I would use a small amount of clear silicon

Cyanoacrylate glues can be used, however I'd recommend using a gel type since any messed glue leaves visible stains for some time. So just be careful and keep in mind that it's going to last a while :)
