In my 180 gallon grow out I have 2 Kelberi and 4 Petco Monos. My Kels are very skittish and when I come to the tank spot in my house they run!? How can I change the skittish behavior?

Adding more drift wood, rocks, plants, etc will give the bass more reason to hide. More hiding spaces a fish has, the more it will hide.
IMO, just spend more time with your bass so that they can get use to you and not be sacred of you. Add some silver dollars or some tin foil bars to the mix.

I was going to purchase a Tiger Oscar and a Silver Arowana. Here is a picture of my tank.

Driftwood should be of help due to the tanins it releases lowering ph ad mimicking their native waters. In other words, makes them feel more comfortable. Of course over time bass will soon realize you to be a food source so they'll eventually get used to you. But in my experience, driftwood actually helped my cichla get used to me faster instead of the bass always hiding. It made the process much faster and my cichla started to swim against the glass for food. Not only did my cichla become less skittish but their colors also improved! What works for me may not work for others but to each their own.
