That's the pleco. Notice the spines on his sides and the barbels at his mouth. And I'm not really "treating" per say... I'm using this stuff called boyd vitachem and his back fin is growing back really fast now.

That's the pleco. Notice the spines on his sides and the barbels at his mouth. And I'm not really "treating" per say... I'm using this stuff called boyd vitachem and his back fin is growing back really fast now.
They tend to mend pretty quickly even w/o chemicals. If you want to do something that will aid in healing and help to prevent infection and further complications simply increasing your water changes to keep the water fresh does WONDERS for both healing and overall growth.

Notice the rows of pikes at the very end/where the tail began also how round and blunt the snout is. It has the two tones like a rhino but I still say pseuda.
