So I am not sure why these shrimp wont survive in my tank? I have gotten two so far. The first one disappeared and the one I just got today went belly up after about an hour of being in the tank. I drip acclimated it and it seemed fine then about an hour passed and it was on the floor belly up. My fish were still waiting in line to be cleaned. LOL. Could something be attacking it to death? I saw no aggression towards the shrimp only fish waiting to be cleaned.

Stock is as follows

Blue Tang
Yellow Tang
Blue Green Chromis x2
Coral Beauty
Lyertail Anthias
Yellow tail blue damsel
True Percula Clownfish
Occelaris Clownfish
Coral banded shrimp
Misc snails
Different Corals

Possibly missing key trace minerals... but there are other possibilities, what are the specs on your tank? size? filtration? parameters? How long has it been running? Though I have to say the most likely thing is the coral banded shrimp, is he bigger then the shrimp you added? If he is then i would say he killed them, as shrimp in general are notorious for eating other smaller shrimp.

Were these shipped or from a LFS? It could be a number of things but I would check on temperature, pH, and SG stability. Large fluctuations seem to stress them out.

Both from the same place locally that I get all of my live stock. No other issues.
Water params are normal.
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate <5
Phosphate Lower than what API can test
Temp 79 stable
100 gallon tank
55 gallon sump
I drip acclimate all of my live stock.

The coral banded is aggressive even towards the fish at times.

The coral banded shrimp could be the culprit. They are very aggressive against other coral shrimps even their own if there isn't enough space.
