I picked up a few bunches of a plant labeled "Scarlet Temple" & its briiight purple! Found very few nuggets of info on Google & even those were questionable... I saw it listed as 3 or 4 different scientific names in totally different genus..'sz.... Anyhow, I dont know if it prefers to be planted or float free & would sure love to hear any other info you might know. Thx!

Thanks for the links. I see it says fine gravel is best, so I'll go ahead & plant it today. Why is there so little info out there about this plant? Its beautiful & I just got it at the local chain store, so it cant be rare or anything...

Yup. Thats where I got it. Hence my confusion when I couldn't find any good info... I knew it couldn't be rare or special if the big chain stores carry it.
