I recently treated system with the same scats for columnaris. ( See thread http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=137005 )
Just when I think all the columnaris is gone, I now notice that 3 of the 5 are swimming/shimmying in place and not eating like they used to.
Their main diet is seaweed and spirulina with some brine thrown in once in a while.
Water params are as follow:
SG 1.008 (I know it should be a little higher and I am working on it slowly)
Ammonia 0
Nitrates 5
Nitrites 0
Ph 7.6
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
