My red bay snooks are proving to be very messy both when eating and while pooping. I currently have 5 hoplo cats with them but know that these will not be able to grow at the same rate as snooks and unless removed will get eaten in a few months time. Besides, I don't think they do such a good job cleaning up ever since they have learned to grab food from the surface... I also have 2 jade gobies in there, who because of their voracious appetite could make a good clean up crew but alas -- they too have learned to feed from the surface :screwy:

What scavanger(s) should I try? Remember, it has to be eaither super good at hiding (few stiped rafaels maybe?) or grow too big to be eaten (at least 8"+). I was actually thinking about moving my synodontis eupterus into this tank but would very much prefer to keep it along the lines of a New World aquarium. Suggestions?

I dont think theirs a fish that will eat other fish poo... or is their a nasty fish i dont know about O.o

Rafi's dont eat waste just leftover food, In my case he eats rosy feeder carcasses after I sweep them off my filter
