I will pick up a schego m2k3 air pump today but i need advice on air tubing and air stones. So many types of air stones i would like to get a good quality one that lasts awhile, it will be for a 180 gallon (6x2x2) what would be a good brand and what size air stone do you recommend and any particular air tubing to avoid?

I've never had any air stone perform better or worse than the others. The long air stones(3+") long never worked for me though. Air usually just ended up coming out of one or two spots without creating a "wall" of bubbles.
For tubing I always used what was cheap. Silicone tubing is more flexible and will stay more flexible than the regular plastic stuff though but you pay slightly more for it.
