I am helping my school to get there freshwater aquariums running good and set up. I currently have a flotation time filter that catches sand [ which we dont use any more] with abunch of filters just laying on top. Where the water comes back to the reserve i have a home made filter that seems to be getting stuff from being flowed into the reserve and getting the tank dirty.
