Ok, i took debate as a high school class(god knws y). And we have to do a persuasive essay. Im doing mine on owning exotic animals. I am obviously for it. So what do you guys think about exotic animal owning. I think its ok provided rite care.

I agree with some animals not as pets. But if u take proper care like instructed and it is not depressed. U should be ok to keep them.

There is the argument of owning the tiger and have it bite your head off, counter with the number of deaths a year from dog bites fido is a viscous killer. When treated properly there is virtualy no danger posed by owning exotic animals.

Pros:
-education on wildlife
-possible captive breeding
-variety for those bored of dogs and cats

Cons:
-lowered numbers in wild
-possible release into non-native ecosystem

for, as said before raise it right and no threat. be smart.
for example when a deer is in rut dont go in is cage. more people are killed by captive deer than any other animal

I would have gone with a spelling or grammar class instead of a debate class, tbh.

our school is a country school like we offer grammer. HECK WE ain't got no grammer classes. Lucky to get debate. I mainly took for credits no cause i like it.
