schooling salts

what fish will school together. i know cardinals will and yellow tangs will but i was wondering what else there is. i had a costomer ask me the other day and i cant stop thinking about it.

Look Downs are schoolers,so are Bannerfish. there are quite a few schoolers out there.

The most commonly seen school of fish kept in home aquaria are the green chromis. Most people keep at least 3 or more together and if your tank is at least 75 gallons they will school back and forth across the tank. They will stick together in smaller tanks too but the schooling effect isn't as good.

Also depends on the size of the tank, and how many fish you are willing to buy.

The majority of tangs will school - they just need a LARGE tank and large enough numbers.
