Schooling

3 minimum. They do better when kept in groups. What size is your tank and what fish do you have in it?
I have 6 in my 55 and they stay nearby each other but dont really "school",Since that tank is on the way to heavily planted and it has algae issues quite often I think I could stand to have 2 or 3 more without any problems at all.
I have 3 in a 10 gallon and they do the same, staying close but not really interacting much.
