this site tells that its scientific name is pangasius sanitswongi is it different from pangasius sanitwongsei?

Yes panagasius santitwonsei is the correct name. They are native to Asia in the Chao Phraya and the Mekong basins. They grow to a length of 10'. They are an important food source in the area.
