Herichthys cyanoguttatum aka Texas Cichlid. Males grow around the 10-12" mark and females a bit smaller.
the Pearl cichlid is Herichthys carpintis though the max size Caveman listed is correct. Males will usually max out around 10" and females slightly smaller. the carpintis is also sometimes called the green texas cichlid.
herichthys cyanoguttatus is the texas cichlid, also sometimes called the blue texas cichlid. these I believe are supposed to grow slightly larger than the carpintis.
