Scob HELP

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
As already mentioned they can take some time to settle. I have had one take two weeks to settle before eating. After a little while he would take chuncks of fish meat.

Put some feeders in. They will comfort the scomb initially and then they will start to disappear.

Wow thats crazy 2 weeks hope it doent take it that long to get settled still siting in the corner of the tank hasent eaten yet.

ive had some take a month to completely settle.
i wouldnt worry.
as for jumping out,do you have a lid on the tank?

Also i hope that you have a fully cycled tank before you introduced a fairly fragile fish to it?

If not test daily for ammonia and nitrite and do as many water changes as needed to keep them below .25ppm.

It ate today. Settled in a little. Tank has been set up for three weeks. With fish in it. The lid was probably two inches back. Looks really good. Will be posting pictures soon. My internet not working, using my blackberry.

Heres a pic of it its a bad pic but i will get a better one when the internet gets fixed.
