We know that Rays produce impressive sized poop. My question is, when your rays
relieve themselves, do you clean it up or not?

I am pretty anal about this.. whenever i see ray crap in the tank, i make it a point to net it out. Comments ? , Suggestions??

I'm with you Wes I would clean the ray tank twice daily.... But since they have moved into the new tank I have seen no ray poop... Would my lemon barbs and red hooks be eating it? I'm not trying to joke or be nasty. The very first day I moved them in there no joke there was ray crap everywhere and I was actually thinking about getting rid of them.. The next morning I woke up and it was gone 100% and since that day now its been over two weeks I haven't seen any at all and they eat at least once a day and a lot. I am baffled by this...

The barbs would probably pick on it and helped ( this is disgusting ) liquify the remaining ray poop. I use a nylon net and just net the big nugget poop out.

There are many barbs/cyprinids that are scatophagous, one even specializes in eating bat guano in the wild. There are also a couple that live almost exclusively on hippo droppings.
