This coming sunday Im getting 5 emperor scorpions for free. they are all juvinilles about 3 months old, so incredibly young. Another 10 years till they are adults.

Im keeping two, in a 10 gallon, giving 2 to my pally for his 15 g, and one to my co worker.

Gonna grow them out nice and big.

I just wanted to share my score because im incredibly happy.

Here are pics. They are much smaller then I thought they were! only about a month old!
another good 7 years till they are adult!

I threw in 3 pinhead crickets and a few minutes after the first one went in I saw one of them grab it and eat it, so I think that is a very good sign!

Currently they are in a 5 gallon with a blacklight i turn on for a bit each day to keep them warm, I was considering an undertank heater, but they will be ok in this five gallon for years, Ill upgrade to a 10 when I need to, but this five gallon for them right now is like a single guppy in a 50 gallon, Lol.
