Scrap acrylic

While I was browsing I read that scrap acrylic is thrown out/free?..I wonder where I could get some free scrap acrylic and use it to build say, a betta tank. Not sure how large the scrap acrylic is.

good way to make mini tanks. lol imagine a lage tank some just built ouy of 2" arcylic and you use there scarp to make make a 10gallon, good luck breaking that thing.
