there may be a way to repair that the same way you would repair small scratch on a windsheild but I am not sure what you need to do, you may have to call a glass specialist and see what they would suggest...
If they are very small then you could try to high speed buff. But it is not guarenteed to work and is a pain in the *** because you would have to drain the tank to do it. I would just learn to live with it.
Using a lower speed buffer (800-1000 RPM) and buffing pad with a 10k and 50k polishing grit will work fine. There are some good articles floating around on buffing/polishing glass.
