scratching the bichir itch

Well purchased an juvenile ornate bichir on friday today I picked up a wild caught senegal it is about 9 inches long I know it is young as the head is smaller than my cb 9 inch senegal .It almost looks likea rope fish .I did noticed fine hair like worms on the senegals in the tank not always visible. Had them on my Wc polli polli and didnt realise until it infected my CB senegal and rope fish so this one is going into quarintine while I treat it. Thought I would post some pictures of the new arrivals.

Do they fill out or do they stay slender. my local lfs always tends to have these slender senegals compared to my CB senegal has a short but thick in body.

Hard to get a good pic of my retro as he likes to hide, i'd say he looks healthy but still somewhat slender he's not a unit like my del

I have begun treating the senegal for external parasites I noticed those fine hair like worms on all the senegals in the lfs tank I have learned my lesson there .In 2017 I bought my wild caught polli polli and didnt quarantine it a week later my CB enegal the polli and rope fish were covered in these fine hair like worms on their bodys it was like the worms were sticking out between the scales and you could actually see them moving so had to treat the whole aquarium to get rid of them,
