So I have 2 HOB aqua-tech 30-60 filters on a established 100G BB tank. The Bio Mesh has become worn from rinsing (b4 you ask it's rinsed out in tank water) it out ALOT cause I feed my discus beefheart. I have replaced the bio mesh on one side of one filter with scrubbies. My question is how long should it take the BB to establish on the scrubbies before I can replace the opposite one on the same filter and so forth?????
