Scrubbies?

What exactly are scrubbies? I see this word on several build threads. Might build my own wet-dry someday.

Nylon pot scrubbers you get at the dollar store. Normally a buck for 3 or more.

Heres some pics of scubbies. Also they work excellent. They have replaced filter cartridges for me and I have them in my h.o.b powerfilters. They keep the water crystal clear. Another thing that i like is their cheap, Pretty much last forever, and are really easy to clean.

They work great for holding BB (Beneficial Bacteria) for their price compared to bio balls, etc.. And making your children look rediculous.

Mine aren't nearly as purdy as they were when I first got them from you. They still do the job though.
