SD and SILVER aro

people say that silver dollars and silver aros are very compatible tankmates, but what could be the probable reason why my silver aro tend to be aggressive to its silver dollar tankmates? I know that my silver aro is well fed and not hungry at any given time.

It could just be the personality of your particular silver aro. There could be other factors like tank size or fish size too.

That's pretty small for fish that size. It's probably agressive due to tank size.
