seachem matrixcarbon

My question is , I recently bought seachem matrix carbon 1L. Instead of clear plastic,it
came in white plastic without any seal on top under the cap. Has anyone bought this product in this packing ?

They dont seal their packages except the liquid chemicals. I ordered 4L of matrix. I can verify next week but I suspect it won't have a seal either
