Seachem Purigen.

Hi All

Will it be ok if I put the Purigen before my ceramic rings (after my mechanical filtration) in my sump or should it be after the bio in the last stage off the sump.

I would like to have it before my Bio as it will be easier to get access to but i don't want it to have any negative impact on my BB.

I personally would keep the purigen after ur bio so it can't really get dirty or clogged up, but any where actually would be fine just as long as it's placed where water flows through the purigen. As for it messing with ur bio, that's an idk from my part

I would want the purest water hitting that bacteria... interested on how purigen would affect that, but it's not like keeping it after the bio is going to make a huge difference as the tank water gets cycled many times and will affect the water before or after the bio.
