Seachem stability - need some help

I have a few questions about Seachem stability solution

1. Can I start using this having had the fish already in the tank for more than a week?
2. Do you have to strictly follow their instructions or can I just add some in after each WC? - my tank hasn’t finished cycling but if I’ve already had my fish in the tank for over a week doing constant water changes but my nitrite looks like it hasn’t even started yet

Stop doing the water changes and start using prime every day.
Use stability as directed, without the water changes, and it should help you get established.

Prime (or Safe) will render the ammonia inert to the fish, but make it available to your BB. Water changes are going to remove/dilute the ammonia and make the whole process more of a PITA. Prime/Safe is effective for 24 hours, so just dose accordingly every day until your BB is established.

Stability is fine with fish.

I would double the dose on the stability, only because I've heard RD. recommend it and I generally listen to him.
