I recently purchased a Tidal 110 for my 75 gallon tank. In the past I've ran canisters or marinelamd HOBs where the filter media seems obvious to me. With the Seachem I have this massive empty space and no media out of the box. It's awesome I get to choose my own filter media, but have no clue what is best. What is my best option for filter media running a Tidal 110 on my tank? In what order is best? What flow speed is recommended? My tank will have cichlids so will have a relatively heavy bioload.
