Has anybody ever used seachem Biomedia, What did you think of it.

I use seachem matrix in all my canisters, so far it's been a great product...

What does their media look like?

Pumice stone. That's what it looks like to me. Great stuff. I use the "Pond Matrix" which is larger, in wet-drys. Holds a lot of bacteria, doesn't take as much media as others to get the job done.

I've had matrix in my canister for about two mounths and I not sure how long it will last before I need to replace it or it never goes bad????

it won't go bad, just like Bio Wheels do not get replaced. Just dunk them in tank water if they are dirty.
