I bought some trim for the outside of my tank today and was just wondering, should I stain and seal the box before I trim it out or will I be ok to trim it then seal it?
Seal before or after?

So I will be ok to fully assemble it then stain it? Also, with the pond coat, can I paint over it with krylon fusion or something else to change the background color?
