i just got a 180 with 2 1 1/2" holes drilled on the top of the back are 3 holes on the lower back that i belive are 1" ................... the bottom holes are plugged but i want to plug the top and use the bottom holes

what is the best way to plug the 2 1 1/2" holes?

Either buy plumbing plugs from the plumbing supply store, or take pieces of glass that are larger than the hole and silicone them over the holes.

I've patched holes in the bottom of several tanks with glass & silicone... Each has held up for years and none have leaked a drop...

Rectangle/square of glass over the holes - proper thickness - and silicone it to th bottom of the tank.

I've seen it done on many tanks and they hold up fine to this day.
