Best by far is fiberglass w/ resen and epoxy paint... Sanitread. Pond armor Dryloc with the concreet wallboard. pond liner and sillicone. thin acrylic panals lining the inside thin glass lining the insode ABS plastic epixies or glies together... i think that is about it, and they will all cost about the same.
