what is the cheapest way to seal a plywood tank? thanks.

i would like to see this proses as well. i have been thinking of some type of diy big tank. plywood sounds like it wood be lighter then glass!!!

this has been covered sooooo many times... and in plywood there really is no cheap.

Best by far is fiberglass w/ resen and epoxy paint...

Sanitread.

Pond armor

Dryloc with the concreet wallboard.

pond liner and sillicone.

thin acrylic panals lining the inside

thin glass lining the insode

ABS plastic epixies or glies together...

i think that is about it, and they will all cost about the same.

And no doubt will be asked so many times again.

Except for the last one that I can't translate :nilly:, that's pretty much it.

Searching the past threads will give you atleast one (more like 10) example of each.

well you know you could build a plywood box, block out for window, pour gunite remove plywood and have a seamless tank, after all gunite holds water in a swimming pool.....

what about truck bedliner

Get the right one and it'll work, just ahve to make sure it's for potable water and can stay wet.
