Sealing acrylic pannel to fiberglass tank

Hi.
Is anybody able to recommend how to. I have seen a thread that's says to use dow corning 795 silicon.
But I am unable to find it here in New Zealand.
The tank measures 3600w x 1000d x 800h.
The acrlyic pannel will be 3500 x 700 x 30mm thick.

Silicone does not adhere to acrylic. The best you can expect is that silicone forms a gasket. The acrylic panel must be screwed to the fiberglass tank frame. You're better off using a glass panel if you wish to only use silicone sealer.
