im thinking of making a small all acrylic aquarium. my problem is how do i keep the seams nice and clean and smooth?

Either get the acrylic edges finished from where you but it or your going to need the proper tools (ie router with table, good bits, large clamps, and a work area with a large solid table that won't be disturbed).

How small are we talking anyhow?
