Searching Kansas

Hello all! Just signed up because I'm really digging the info coming from the DIY section.

Looking to start building my own tanks this spring as well as designing an axolotl brood box (best description as any) to begin breeding.

While I'm on the hunt for a supplier of acrylic sheets here in Kansas or the surrounding arean, I was wondering if there was any other members around that might have any suggestions as far as sources in this area. And by 'area' it could be any of the central U.S.

Homedepot might have them. Good to know as I'm also in Kansas.

Welcome to MFK. I'm in Iowa. I generally use salvaged acylic. Craigslist.

Thanks for the replies folks. With the holidays and children going back and forth, preparing a new tank, and my Cory's getting severe baby fever I've not not had time to look into much more. Craigslist is a source I had not considered before. I'll look into it.

We do have a couple of stores here in my town that sell glass and plexiglass but the only thing that they could get half inch was polycarbonate. I may press them a little more to see if they can look up sources considering they're in the trade.
