:cry: I hope they do not take my team away....I was born in Chicago, but lived near Seattle from the age of five, until I was 21....My heart is truly broken. IF they go to Oklahoma city, I hope they can covet a team half as well as we can (NO WAY). I live in Eastern Washington now, but I am still a sonics/mariners/seahawks/huskies/sounders/storm/t-birds fan at heart...

Yup.....I lettered in Football x4, B ball x2, Track x4.....

Maybe it's an American thing.....Anyhow...When you play high school sports, and you get playing time. It accumulates. After enough time playing actual said sport, you earn a "letter"....My school was Bremerton so my "letter" on my "letterman's jacket" was a "B"....After you get your first letter (in my case again it was a big "B") you can get more letters...Instead of getting another big "B" for your "Letterman's jacket" you get little balls of whatever sport it was, or track spikes for track...Like if you 3x letter in football only, you would have a big "B" and a little football with and addition red bar on it signifying the 3rd letter you earned....Just google letterman's jacket....

American... we don't wear jackets, well at least not my school...
 
I lettered in high school but rejected the jacket. I think my mom kept my letter somewhere...

Honestly, I don't care if they stay or if they go. I tend to not watch sports and even I know they're pretty terrible.

The future looks bright though...We have a good chance of getting the #1 pick again...We have Durrant, Jeff Green, and may get Beasley or someone...Add a few veterans and the Sonics will be a real threat, real soon....
