I'm headed up to Seattle this Saturday, March 5th weekend and leaving same day or next in search of my red tail giant guorami, full grown green terror search, or something else cool. This trip is unplanned and merely coincident and tagging along are 3 of my "are we there yet?" kids. Therefore, room is limited.

Objective is to stop by Kings Discuss or any other "near" fish shops you guys know where exotics are in Seattle. If there are things you want me to keep an eye out for, take a picture and report pricing. Let me know and give me a number to text the info. If you want me to pick up livestock you know is available from a near store. Contact me, come to the house if you'd like, and we can discuss. Trip for ordeal back to my house will be no longer than 4 hours in van. So, NO big fish, NO high dollar specimens, and definitely NO live guarantee. This will only be a courtesy to MFK'ers for this great hobby of ours. Will only be able to accept 3-4 request max total to the first people who prepay their livestock.

Hey, I am from Seattle.

You can check out King Discus, QT aquarium, Aquarium plus in China town.

The "Fish Store" had a full grown pair of Green Terror for 75 bucks. Really pretty. Give them a call and see if they still have them. :)

This is going to be a stupid dumb question as I've been automotive wholesale for 10 years. So, it's $75 for pair? I only need just one. Verbiage is everything. What store would it be in as you listed three? Thanks a bunch!

Appreciate this great lead. Anything non-exotic you need from Portland, OR? LOL!

Man! Dang It! I now see that you put the "fish store" in quotation, thus, the name. Ok. I will look them up.

Automotive wholesale? Like car parts?

I am sure I can find something I want from OR. But it doesn't mean I should. :P

The male out of the pair is definitely the looker. They both look really great imo. Wouldn't hurt to have them both if you can afford them. :) I inquired about them but I just don't have the room. They were supposedly donated by a local hobbyist that had to move.

I know QT aquarium has a 20"+ Tigrinus for $800... lol... He also has Discus' and flowerhorn, etc.

Last time I went to King Discus, it was kind of dead with not much there.

Where exactly is the "fish store"? Searching in google blows and takes me to fresh seafood joints. haha. But you know exactly where it is or phone number. Definitely will check out qt aquarium though. Speaking of the Tigrinus. I almost pulled the trigger on a 17" "poor man tigrinus" , AKA Tiger Shovelnose about a couple weeks ago, so I can have an excuse to get a 300 gallon sooner. Glad I didn't cuz they sure can eat!

I was just up there, you might want to call in advance since I didn't see any rtg gourami. Qt had a couple nice tig with a price tag of $500 each.
Check the wet spot in Portland for the rtg gourami. I saw one there last month and they been getting for the last year or so unless it's the same fish lol it's about 3 inches for $30 I believe.
