I saw 3 types:
Dried kelp: Ingredients list says only kelp seaweed, but it has 10% sodium/serving
Dried seaweed: 3% sodium, no ingredients list
Dried laver: 1.5% sodium, no ingredients list

Will this be beneficial to fish? Do you think fish will readily accept it? I might want to try a gel based food with agar and seaweed

I use to buy sushi grade seaweed to feed to my SW tanks.. it was about 3x cheaper then the stuff from the lfs.. and I got about 2x more.. Never had a problem with it.
