I decided to do my quarterly filter cleaning of my OHF. So I took out all the media and put it in a bucket of dechlorinated water. Cleaned the sump and put tap water in it, then without think I grabbed a handful of my filter media and tossed it back into the sump. As soon as it splashed I was like Duh I forgot to put prime in to the sump.
So that's my Fail of the day, I almost killed all my bio.
