good afternoon everyone. I place my eheim on my new 75G
It's already cycle.
So I'm currently running two filters on my 75G
I also added 4 fish
How long will it take for my fluval 406 to cycle or establish BB
Anything I can do to Boost it

Hello; Let me check if I am following you. You have a new tank with a filter from an established tank and a new filter running at the same time? You want to know how long to run both filters so the new filter will be colonized with beneficial bacteria (bb) ?

If my statement is correct then it may take up to six weeks or more. This is a WAG on my part and also from what I have read in these fish forums from time to time.

Depends on the stock. Reducing flow in some way on the established filter which will make the new filter take more of the load

Thanks a lot. I currently have both filters running on my 75G
I can't reduce the flow on the eheim
I currently have 4 fish in there which some people want me to rehome
