I seeded my tank with median yesterday morning got my tank all dirty lol so I can not see orter side which is ok since it's harmless I tested the water this morning the Amonia did not even drop !!! But Ph went up any body know why it didnt work? Thx
What was the size of the tank you seeded?
What was the size/load of the tank you took media from to seed said new tank with?
How long had the cycled tank been established?
What kind of media and how much was it?
What type of filtration is running on the new tank now?
etc. etc.
We need more details to provide educated answers...
This is a very interesting post. I am just ready to seed my 250gal tank with Seachem Stability. How much of this product should I us for my 250gal. tank? Any feedback will be appreciated.
I forgot to mention that I am using three grids with three AquaClear Powerhead 70. What else should I be using for 3 - 11inch Koi? I know that I am pushing things with 3-11inch Koi. Can you recommend another filter that I can use in conjunction with the AquaClear filters? This tank is being setup at the VA in Palo Aalto CA, in the Spinal Cord Ward. I really want to give back to these vets. Rich
